With a practice focused on fast-paced commercial transactions and personalized legal counsel, Attorney James Hamraie (pronounced “Hammer-Eye”) understands the weight of being a business owner and the need for concrete legal certainty. James utilizes his expertise in the areas of commercial transactions, compliance, business formation and nonprofit law, private equity transactions, and intellectual property. What James enjoys best about practicing law is establishing meaningful relationships with clients to help serve not only as legal counsel, but as a strategic advisor on their business operations.

James received his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. Following James’ graduation, he developed a deep passion for assisting local nonprofits and community organizations.
